Nerd Talk is a fan-run editorial blog about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with no affiliation to Marvel Studios, Marvel Entertainment or The Walt Disney Company. This policy explains what data we collect, what for, and what your rights are under applicable data protection laws.
2. Data we collect
Newsletter: when you subscribe, we store only your email address, used exclusively to send you the weekly newsletter. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the contact form.
Contact form: when you write to us, we keep your name, email and message for as long as needed to respond to your request.
Browsing data: like most sites, we may collect anonymized technical data (device type, pages visited) for statistical purposes.
3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
This site displays advertising served by third parties, including Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Processing of your email for the newsletter is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Contact messages are processed under our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Newsletter data is retained for as long as you keep your subscription active. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, use the Contact page.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last revision date shown at the top.
